Hunter Biden Awarded Nobel Peace Prize

Hunter Biden has won the Nobel Peace Prize for his work with the warring countries of Ukraine and Russia. In announcing  its decision, the Norwegian Nobel Committee highlighted Hunter Biden’s willingness to engage with nations at odds with each other in the Nobel spirit of “promoting fraternity between himself and the wealth of corrupt regimes.”

In the announcement, the Committee further explained its rationale:

Nobel Prize Winner Hunter Biden
Nobel Winner Hunter Biden

While Hunter Biden has profited financially through his liaisons with Ukraine and Russia — not to mention China — we are most impressed by his ability to leverage his father’s power for the good of the Biden family and hence, the world. In 2020, the Biden family’s fortunes were inseparable from the fortunes of the entire world. By not derailing his father’s presidential ambitions with his shady international shenanigans, he has done the entire world a great service.

News of the prize has led to predictable grumblings from right-wing critics of the Bidens. In response, President Joe Biden noted that former President Barack Obama was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 2009 on an even thinner resume than his son.

“Hunter didn’t just win this on the grounds of his complexion,” complained the President.

White House press secretary, Karine Jean-Pierre, later clarified that the President meant to say, “on the grounds of an election.”
